Equipment that comes as a finished or semi-finished product of the project is taken to the assembly stage at the Intecro Integration Site after it is processed in production. All assembly processes pass quality control and function tests in accordance with ISO9001 and CE standards.

• Quality control / function test report is prepared for the equipment that has been put into operation and tested and shared with the customer.
• Our expert assembly team completes the field assembly, electrification and installation process after the equipment is shipped at the customer site.
• By installing the necessary software, programming, mechanical setups and process verification are performed.
• Our commissioning officers present the annual report to our customers and INTECRO project management units on a daily basis.

What is as important to us as taking on the commitment of a project; To make the process related to the project traceable and transparent, to maintain the consumption of resources such as time, purchasing power and labor in a controlled manner. In a possible scenario, if the process turns into an insatiable monster and consumes all the resources at hand, nothing will come back, and it will be meaningless in searching for those responsible, not the problem.

• Following the completion of the manufacturing of the robotic system or production line, operational tests and controls are carried out at our company site.
• After these tests, by working in coordination with our customers, the robotic production line or robotic system, which is the subject of the project is shipped from the manufacturing area of ​​our company to the site to be installed.
• Upon completion of the shipment, the prepared assembly and integration plan is presented to our customers. As soon as the approval is obtained, our assembly team performs the first assembly under the supervision of the staff appointed by our customer as part of the scheduled time.
• After the completion of the installation, after the program loading and corrections are made by our project engineers and responsible team, process control and final tests are carried out. Robotic systems or production lines, which have been confirmed to work without any problems, are operated independent of the production plan for a while to be observed.
• The approval of our project managers regarding that the system can operate without any errors is conveyed to the persons appointed by our customers and with the approval of our customers, the integration of the robotic system or line is completed and commissioned by the project engineer and our employees.
• From the moment our customer sends the necessary documents stating that the integration and commissioning process has been completed successfully, our assembly team leaves the production site. After this stage, a follower appointed from our company staff comes to the field in certain time periods to measure the stability of the system, and reports it by making the necessary analysis and measurements.

For the commissioning team, the automation unit for the SPS automation and motion control requirements the robotization unit be assigned for the kinematics and robotic setups. After the equipment works in harmony, an activity report is presented to the customer and project management units.

Finally, for the integration of process equipment, material, manufacturing and welding engineers are engaged on behalf of the process commissioning unit. After these processes are completed, trials are made for the customer workpiece, parameter and test product. The activity report is presented to the customer and project management units.

• All processes are successfully completed and recorded using our experience and expertise.
• After processing, robot operator and expert training, operator and engineer training for process equipment, basic predictive maintenance and service training for their processes are completed.
• While all the documentation of the system is delivered, necessary information is provided for routine maintenance guides, error detection guides and other guides and these processes are reported to the customer and project management units.
