• We have a team of experienced engineers and technical managers, who are experts in their fields and are experienced in terms of technologies based on them, graduated from fields such as Electrical, Electronics, Control, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Software, Metallurgy and Materials, Industry, Manufacturing.
• Since 2017, on the basis of our R&D center responsibilities, more than 40 engineers and more than 20 technical responsible have been working at doctorate, master and undergraduate level.
• In our modern offices, integration facility and factory; We provide services with our design, project, production, assembly, service, sales and marketing, automation, robotics, R&D, management, financial and administrative departments.
• We operate in a 6000m² closed area, 8000m² in total.
• Within the scope of KVKK, we provide services with our data processing strategy including 500 GB RAM capacity servers, firewall, VPN server, mail store, cloud management and the necessary hardware and software infrastructure.
• We manage our processes with hardware and software facilities related to ERP, CRM and Project management.
• We have a MIG / MAG / TIG / CMT-based Robotic Process Laboratory for process, test and demo activities in our facility.
• We have a Process Laboratory for testing and demo activities for WAAM and additive manufacturing.
• We have a Gantry type Robotic System that we use for experimental welding demos of Heavy and Bulky workpieces.
• We have all kinds of measurement and quality control infrastructure.
• PDM is used in process management from design to production.
• We have a large number of CAD / CAM software for our design and manufacturing activities.
• Various dynamic, static, strength, modal analysis, finite element analysis, thermal analysis and material analysis are performed with ANSYS software.
• We simulate various robotic business processes with our simulation-based software.
• Our machining and metal processing processes are carried out in our facility with our CNC machines.
• We use Robotic Systems and conventional machine equipment for Welded Production.
• Sandblasting and painting processes are carried out within our organization and we have the necessary capability and technical infrastructure.
• In addition to all kinds of logistics tools and equipment, all measures in accordance with the work safety principle have been taken and our weekly inspections are carried out.
