On the other hand, special productions such as fixtures and apparatus are manufactured and assembled in the INTECRO production site with meticulousness and quality control approach.

Standard library product such as robot manipulator, gantry robot, positioner, slider, cell etc. as well as mechanical and electromechanical elements within the scope of the project, as well as EOAT, fixtures, robot sets, magazine, various mold apparatus, robot effectors, conveyor, chassis and special process equipment that require special manufacturing. After the designs of the components completed in our project offices, manufacturing pictures and specifications are prepared and shipped via PDM. As a result of design verifications made after the project design, the production plan is created by taking into consideration factors such as precision, accuracy, quality, on time delivery and shared with our customers.
All of our company representatives and employees take responsibility for the realization of the production, which will ensure the commissioning of the project within the committed period by sticking to the manufacturing plan.

We have a pre-determined B plan for each case to increase the capacity when necessary or to initiate the contract manufacturing process.
