In 2015, within the scope of the R&amp;D project supported by T\u00dcB\u0130TAK 1511 aimed at developing a domestic industrial robot, Intecro successfully completed the prototype production of a 6-Axis Industrial Robot. The company localized critical technological components, including data acquisition cards, robot controllers, embedded software, interface software, process software, precision gears and reduction mechanisms, and composite cast robotic arms. Considering the technological sophistication of the robot, Intecro achieved Turkey\u2019s first industrial robot with a 72% domestic content rate.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]

Intecro commissioned robotic assembly lines with a total length of 120 meters for the production of Turkey\u2019s first domestically manufactured aluminum passenger wagon. For TAI, Intecro developed and delivered Turkey\u2019s first robotic carbon fiber winding system in operational condition. Leveraging this production capability, critical components for the G\u00f6kbey Helicopter project began to be manufactured domestically. Intecro Robotics has established itself as a strategic, technology-driven solution partner for prominent institutions and organizations within the defense industry, including T\u00dcB\u0130TAK Sage, Aselsan, MKE, Roketsan, Havelsan, Otokar, and BMC. The company contributed to national projects such as NEB, Som, Cirit, Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m, 30mm fragmentary ammunition, armored vehicles, and the domestic infantry rifle, successfully completing numerous defense industry initiatives and implementing comprehensive systems. Beyond defense, Intecro delivered extensive robotic facility solutions to manufacturers in the automotive sector, subcontracting, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, wagons, and rail systems. Notably, the company established Turkey\u2019s largest Laser Joining Center, equipped with a 15 kW fiber laser, within T\u00dcB\u0130TAK-Sage, serving the national defense sector. Moreover, Intecro developed and successfully implemented advanced production technologies for critical defense projects globally recognized for their sophistication, including NEB (Bunker Penetrating Bomb), Korkut (Air Defense Weapon System), and Advanced Technology Robotic Joining initiatives.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]

In order to modernize and expand its operational facilities, an 8,000 m\u00b2 site was developed, housing a production plant for Robital and an engineering and integration campus for Intecro. The investments were completed and became operational by the end of 2015.
