CAD-CAM 3D robotic-assisted laser cutting technology works without programming. INTECRO first developed and presented this technology to the industry in Turkey. All cutting works are carried out in a single flexible manufacturing cell. This cell fixes 36 different workpieces with more than 24 quick-connect fixture systems.
In the laser cutting process, the laser beam must have a precise tolerance. This refers to trajectory tracking. Trajectory sensitivity and PTP sensitivity are different. It mentions the PTP sensitivity in the catalog values of the robots. In addition, CAD-CAM supported programming interfaces should replace the point teaching method.
