Information about the Project

📢 A top-tier project has been successfully completed. In this 90-second video, you can see a line where buses are produced by robotic systems and world-class engineering activities in action. Thanks to the entire INTECRO team and to our client ANADOLU ISUZU and their team for their unwavering support.
With the robotic line we established, the welded joining and cutting of hundreds of profiles and sheet metal parts in the bus body production process now takes place fully automatically, within precise tolerances.
Bus bodies will now be produced faster, more efficiently, more flexibly, and with higher accuracy. The entire system combines high engineering capability across 3 different stages, standing out as a multidisciplinary technology.
📌Robotics Engineering (TRL 9)
▪️ Precise access (0.05mm) to large areas (spanning meters) with a Gantry Robot formed by the combined motion of 9 axes, compliant with CE standards
▪️ Preventive safety solution in welding with an automatic, flow-controlled, and mobilized fume extraction system
📌Process Engineering (TRL 9)
▪️ Performing welding with the correct WPS across hundreds of joining points under thousands of combinations
▪️ Part tolerance control
▪️ Laser-based position control
▪️ Trajectory compensation algorithms
▪️ High-precision 3D plasma cutting process
▪️ Both welded joining and precision plasma cutting performed on the same line, switching automatically via tool changers without manual equipment changes
📌 Digital Twin (Simulation)-based Offline Programming (TRL 9)
▪️ Creation of the digital twin of the robotic system and line, turned into a software-based platform
▪️ Performing function and process tests of the robot system within the digital twin environment
▪️ Correlating the values with the real world
▪️ Enabling all robot programs to be created from the digital twin environment without any hands-on contact with the robots We continue to push the boundaries for good work, sustainable impact, and “disruptive innovation.”
